• Office Manager *
  Must have tax preparation experience
  Will be responsible for running office - scheduling employees - overseeing daily operations (bank deposits, computer updates, Daily Accounting Summaries, etc), maintaining office supplies, training of staff - as needed, and customer service and maintaining communications with main office.
  
  
• Tax Preparers
  Various levels of tax preparation experience desired.
  Will be responsible for preparing tax returns, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing returns, assisting in maintaining the office, and customer service.
  
  
• Tax Technicians
  No tax experience required. This is a 2 - 3 week position usually running from the last week in January through the second week of February. We provide a 5 day class at no charge to you. Will be responsible for preparing simple returns (1040EZ & 1040A), answering phones, filing returns, assisting in maintaining the office, and customer service.
